IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Ground Transport
Ground transportation will be provided between the hotels listed below and the Conference hotel ONLY during the Conference period for the purpose of attending the Conference.
Kindly note that ground transport WILL NOT be provided for bookings at hotels not listed in the accommodation brochure. Any ground transport arrangements outside of the Conference period and to/from any locations outside of the Conference hotel and the hotels in the brochure are the participants’ responsibility.
Airport transfers will be provided for the period October 24th – 31st ONLY.
The booking of accommodation is the participant’s responsibility. Participants must make bookings directly with their preferred hotel and the terms of such booking are between the participant and the hotel. As such, in the event of any cancellation or changes, please contact the relevant hotel directly. The CAJO will not be able to communicate with hotels on behalf of conference participants.

The Royalton Saint Lucia is an all-inclusive resort. While the Conference takes place at the Royalton, participants can stay here or at any other hotel. The CAJO has provided accommodation options, in addition to the Royalton, for participants to explore.
