Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership fees are also not pro-rated. Fees can be paid at any time during a membership cycle but there is no rollover e.g., payment in September 2024 still means that your membership ends on February 28th 2025.

Please note that you are only considered a member upon successful payment of your fee.

What is the membership period for 2024-25?

The membership period runs from March 01st 2024 to February 28th 2025. For those who have purchased the two-year option, your membership ends on February 28th 2026.

How does the Conference fee registration discount benefit work?

The conference discount will apply based on the number of consecutive years of membership. For example, if you are a member for three or more consecutive years, you will receive a 20% discount. If you were a member for two consecutive years, do not register as a member for a third consecutive year, and then register for membership the following year, you will only be able to receive the 5% discount as you would have only been a member for one year due to the gap in the consecutive year requirement.
