Registration Types and Fees

There are multiple registration tiers for the 7th Biennial Conference. Outlined below are the different categories of registration and corresponding costs.

Please note registration fees do not cover flights, accommodation, or any other expenses. 

Regular

Completing Registration

Please read all the instructions before proceeding to register.

To register for the 7th Biennial Conference, follow the instructions below. Kindly note that there are different registration procedures for Individual and Group Registration.

Individual Registration

1. Access the Individual Registration Form by clicking the button below. The Individual Registration Form will open in a new tab.

2. Fill in the required information for each field. Enter information accurately.

3. Upon completion, you should receive a confirmation email with relevant details at the email address you included in the Registration Form.  Your confirmation email will include our step-by-step online payment portal guide and link to pay. You can also download the payment portal guide HERE.

4. Once you have paid, you are required to send us a copy of your receipt at conference@thecajo.org.

Ensure you also check your junk or spam folders for your confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation email, or have any other queries, please contact the CAJO team at conference@thecajo.org.

Please note that only Online Payments are accepted for the Early Bird and Special Discounted registration periods. If you would like to pay at the Conference, Regular rates will apply.

Group Registration

1. Download the Group Registration Form which can be accessed using the button below.

2. Complete and submit this form to conference@thecajo.org. Ensure that all information is entered accurately.

3. If you select ‘Online Payment’, the Person Submitting the Registration form will be sent the payment link within 30 days of submitting the completed form. Upon completion of payment, please email a copy of the receipt to us at conference@thecajo.org. 

Please note that only Online Payments are accepted for the Early Bird registration period. If you would like to pay at the Conference, Regular rates will apply.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. The CAJO will be able to issue refunds in accordance with the below:

  • Up to thirty (30) days prior to the Conference start date – 50% of registration fee paid
  • Within thirty (30) days of the Conference start date – no refund

Any refund issued will be done via bank transfer with costs to be incurred by registrant.

I’ve registered. What’s next?

Upon submitting your registration, you should receive an email with confirmation details. If you have not received email confirmation within one hour of submitting your registration form, please contact us at conference@thecajo.org

I’ve paid but have not received my receipt. What do I do?

Upon receiving the payment link and after having made your payment online, you should receive an email with a copy of your receipt/transaction. If you have not received this, please reach out to us at conference@thecajo.org

I’ve registered and have to pay at the Conference. What types of payment are accepted?

If you are paying in-person at the Conference, the following methods of payment are accepted:

  • Payment via credit card online (at conference),
  • Cash
  • Certified cheques (personal cheques will not be accepted). Cheques can be made to The Caribbean Association of Judicial Officers.

Is there a vaccine requirement to attend the Conference?

To attend the CAJO’s 7th Biennial Conference, it is mandatory that ALL participants meet the requirements to enter into Saint Lucia. These requirements can be accessed by visiting https://www.stlucia.org/en/covid-19/. Please stay updated as entry requirements are subject to change at any time. The CAJO does recommend that attendees be fully vaccinated.

Is my registration payment transferrable to another conference if I am unable to attend?

If you have registered and paid for attendance at the 7th Biennial Conference, your payment will not be transferrable to another conference. For refunds, see our refund policy.

Is my registration payment transferrable to another judicial officer if I am unable to attend?

Yes, please contact us via conference@thecajo.org to make relevant changes. Please note, the CAJO is not responsible for any flight or accommodation arrangements/changes.

I only want to attend one (1) day of the Conference. Can I be offered a reduced rate?

There is a standard fee for the Conference, see the list of fees above.
