The CAJO delivered training to Judicial and non-judicial Officers of the Barbados Judiciary. The theme was: “Striving for Excellence”. Training was focused in the areas of Value Centric Approaches to Excellence, the International Framework for Court Excellence, Process Delays, Preparing and Delivering Oral Judgments; Legal Research and Case Preparation; Projectizing Cases, Tools for Effective and Efficient Caseflow Management; etc.
